In a strategic move to enhance operational efficiency and customer service, the company underwent significant changes in 2019. The headquarters was relocated from Mahathun Plaza in Ploenchit to Rangsit Prosper Estate in Pathumthani Province, consolidating operations by also moving the warehouse from Saraburi Province to this new location. This relocation aimed to streamline logistics and improve delivery services. Simultaneously, the company rebranded itself, changing its name from Karat Faucet Co., Ltd. to Karat Enterprise (Thailand) Co., Ltd., reflecting its expanded business scope and future-oriented vision.

Designed and Developed "Puimsteen" Series
Karat Enterprise collaborated with renowned Danish designer Timothy Jacob Jensen to develop the "Puimsteen Series”. Puimsteen reflects a hidden message where in nature everything goes in a loop. Light to Darkness, Sunset to Sunrise, Hot to Cold. Same as water, it will run to places from the faucet and will eventually come back to the faucet.
